About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Cold Calling Specialist with a proven track record of converting cold leads into qualified prospects and, ultimately, sales.
nThis is not a basic telecalling role. We are looking for someone who understands sales psychology, can build trust within minutes, handle objections confidently and knows how to move a cold prospect towards a buying decision.
nCandidates with experience in Real Estate, Healthcare, Wellness, Cosmetology, Premium Services or other high-ticket sales will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Make high-volume outbound calls to cold and semi-qualified leads.n
- Convert cold leads into qualified prospects and appointments.n
- Understand prospect requirements, pain points and purchasing intent.n
- Present services confidently and persuasively.n




- Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.n
- Handle objections, questions and rejection professionally.n
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects.n
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.n
- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.n
- Coordinate with the sales/operations team for successful conversions.n
- Maintain a professional and premium communication standard with every prospect.n
- Continuously improve calling scripts, pitches and conversion techniques based on performance.n
