We're looking for an HR Operations Executive with 1+ years of experience who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle while supporting HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and statutory documentation.
Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and other employment-related documents.
Update and maintain accurate employee data in the HRMS.
Coordinate PF, ESIC, labour law, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and Full & Final settlements.
Ensure all HR documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR communications.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits.
Assist in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.




Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles. Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Good understanding of HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a high sense of ownership.
Experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka, etc.) is an added advantage.
