Role Description The Key Account Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, supporting key account management and finance-related activities for major clients. This position involves assisting with credit control processes, monitoring outstanding payments,



and coordinating with internal finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate records. The role includes handling petty cash transactions, preparing basic financial summaries, and maintaining documentation for audits and reconciliations. The Key Account Assistant will communicate regularly with key customers to address account queries, share payment updates, and support relationship-building efforts. The role also includes preparing periodic reports for management, supporting sales and operations teams with account information, and ensuring timely resolution of account-related issues.
Qualifications
Solid finance and accounting skills, including basic knowledge of ledgers and financial documentation.
Experience or familiarity with credit control processes and managing outstanding receivables.
Ability to manage petty cash transactions, maintain records, and reconcile balances accurately.
