Role Description
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for StrategicERP. This role oversees brand positioning, go-to-market planning,



and integrated campaigns that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention across the real estate and construction sectors. The CMO will directly manage and mentor the Digital Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams, ensuring tight alignment between marketing-driven demand generation, pre-sales qualification, and sales conversion. This role collaborates closely with product leadership and the executive team to align all go-to-market initiatives with business growth objectives. Day-to-day activities include developing and monitoring marketing plans, conducting market and competitive analysis, guiding digital and offline marketing efforts, overseeing pre-sales support and sales enablement, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and public relations activities. The CMO will also own marketing and sales pipeline performance metrics, team structuring, budgets, and reporting to the executive leadership team.
