Role Summary

Tee Ess is seeking an experienced, result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead overall marketing strategy, brand growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, haircare, FMCG, D2C, e-commerce, or related consumer businesses.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing strategies, plans, budgets, KPIs, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Build Tee Ess’ brand positioning, communication, brand identity, awareness, and market presence.
Develop go-to-market strategies and manage pre-launch, launch, and post-launch marketing for current products.
Lead digital and performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, SEO/SEM, social media, email, WhatsApp, and D2C channels.
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, repeat purchases, cross-selling, upselling,



and loyalty initiatives.
Manage social media, content strategy, influencer/creator marketing, and beauty community engagement.
Drive D2C and marketplace growth through product merchandising, promotions, visibility, conversion, ratings, and reviews.
Support retail and trade marketing through in-store branding, sampling, promotions, activations, and merchandising.
Plan and execute PR, events, product launches, exhibitions, workshops, and brand activations.
Manage creative, digital, PR, influencer, media, production, and event agencies/vendors.
Track CAC, ROAS, revenue, conversion, traffic, retention, CLV, engagement, and overall marketing ROI through dashboards and reports.
Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category research to identify trends, opportunities, and growth strategies.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, R&D;, E-commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and Customer Support teams.
