Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in the Pune Division. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate and qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline in the real estate sector. The role involves meeting prospective clients, presenting suitable property options, explaining service offerings, and guiding clients through the decision-making process.



Day-to-day activities include managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also requires regular market research, participation in site visits or client meetings, and timely reporting to management.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and create a robust client pipeline.
Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and Business to maintain client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present solutions clearly, and negotiate effectively.
