Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Consultant role based in Hyderabad. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end hiring processes,



including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds for various roles within Motilal Oswal Home Loans. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, designing recruitment strategies for graduate and experienced hires, and maintaining talent pipelines for critical positions. The Recruitment Consultant will also handle job postings, manage recruitment databases, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Ongoing responsibilities include tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.
