Role Description This is a full time remote role for an SFMC (Data Cloud & Agentforce) specialist at Mavlers. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including Data Cloud and Agentforce)



solutions to support data-driven customer engagement and marketing automation. Responsibilities include configuring data models, managing data ingestion and transformations, building audience segments, and setting up journeys, campaigns, and automations. The specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions, monitor performance, and ensure data integrity and compliance. Day-to-day work also includes analyzing campaign data, troubleshooting issues, documenting configurations, and contributing to best practices and standards across projects.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Data Analytics and Data Analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and optimize marketing performance.
