Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist - Fashion & D2C will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for Crepdog Crew’s direct-to-consumer channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Saket involves planning and executing performance campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google,



and other relevant ad networks, while aligning initiatives with brand and merchandising strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B tests, managing budgets, and preparing performance reports with actionable insights. The specialist will collaborate with creative, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to refine targeting, ad creatives, and landing pages for improved ROI. The role also includes staying updated on fashion and D2C marketing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to overall digital strategy.
