At WeSocializeU, we're looking for someone who can identify, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with top-tier creators. This role focuses on expanding our exclusive creator network by acquiring the best talent across categories and managing long-term creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and onboard top-tier creators across social media platforms.- Build and manage long-term relationships with influencers.- Expand and strengthen WeSocializeU's creator network through strategic partnerships.- Collaborate with internal teams to align creators with brand campaigns.- Consistently achieve monthly creator acquisition and onboarding targets.- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify the next generation of influential creators.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Creator Partnerships,



or Talent Acquisition.- Solid network within the influencer and creator ecosystem, including influencers, creator communities, talent managers, and agencies.- Proven track record of recruiting top-tier creators and high-potential talent.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
