We’re Hiring: Civil Engineer – Site Operations

BRACE INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. is embarking on a new phase of project expansion and we are looking for a dynamic, field-ready Civil Engineer to join our site operations team.

Position Details
Position: Civil Engineer – Site Operations
Location: Nayapalli, Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Work Mode: In office
Experience: 4–5 years of relevant site civil execution experience
Industry Preference: Construction companies; experience with an engineering consultancy will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction and site execution activities.by coordinating with site workers and subcontractors,
Ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Monitor site progress, material usage, workmanship, and compliance with safety requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
Prepare site reports,



progress updates, measurements, and other project documentation.
Support effective communication between the project site, consultants, clients, and management.

Candidate Profile
Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
5–6 years of hands-on experience in civil site execution to lead site workers and construction.
Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality control, and site coordination.
Ability to lead site workers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Candidates who can join at short notice may be preferred.
