Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel,



and ensuring that the CEO’s time is used efficiently. The role includes preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports, as well as managing correspondence, emails, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will track and process expense reports, support the CEO in strategic and operational initiatives, and help coordinate events, briefings, and partner interactions. This role also involves maintaining confidentiality, anticipating needs, and acting as a reliable point of contact to enable smooth executive operations.
Qualifications
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, with experience partnering closely with senior leadership.
Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling, including coordinating meetings, travel, and appointments.
