Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of next-generation compliance technology solutions across traditional payments, digital assets, stablecoins, and AI-enabled compliance capabilities.

This role sits at the intersection of Compliance, Product and Technology driving the development of platforms that enable scalable compliance controls while supporting business growth and innovation.



The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (AML, Sanctions, KYC, Transaction Monitoring), solid knowledge of Crypto and Stablecoin ecosystems, and a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership:

Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for Compliance Technology platforms.
Drive product innovation across AML, Sanctions Screening, Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, Case Management, and Regulatory Reporting.
Develop scalable compliance solutions supporting both traditional payment rails and digital asset ecosystems.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.

Financial Crime Compliance

Translate regulatory requirements into product features and technical capabilities.
