The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing lead generation initiatives across digital, offline, referral, alliance, and partner channels. You will manage marketing agencies, channel partners, aggregators, and vendors while ensuring campaigns deliver against approved targets, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics. You will monitor the complete lead funnel, analyze campaign performance, and work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality, conversion, and overall channel efficiency. The role requires solid analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills with a result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital, offline, referral, alliance, and partner channels to achieve approved lead targets.
Coordinate with marketing agencies, channel partners, aggregators, and vendors for timely campaign execution and delivery against agreed performance metrics.
Track and monitor the complete lead funnel from acquisition to handover,



identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
Prepare and publish periodic MIS reports, dashboards, performance reports, and lead generation updates for management review.
Ensure effective execution of approved marketing campaigns within defined timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
Monitor and optimize lead sources to improve lead volume, lead quality, conversion potential, and overall channel efficiency.
Analyze campaign and channel performance and recommend strategies to improve ROI and lead acquisition.
Conduct regular lead reconciliation between CRM, Sales, agency, and other source reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of lead data.
Maintain and regularly update lead generation dashboards, MIS reports, trackers, and performance databases.
Identify discrepancies in lead sources, campaign data, and lead quality and take corrective action in coordination with relevant stakehold
