Job Title: Receptionist and Business Development Associate

Location: Thrissur Branch
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week
Travel: Minimal (occasional reimbursed expo events)

Role Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Thrissur branch, managing front desk reception, counseling students on professional certifications, driving admissions and supporting academic business development.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office and Academic Operations
Welcome walk in visitors, manage the front desk and maintain visitor and student logs.
Coordinate class timetables, faculty schedules and student session logistics.
Handle basic branch administrative duties,



including petty cash documentation and daily record keeping.

Inside Sales and Student Counseling
Interact with walk ins and call CRM leads to evaluate prospect requirements and guide them toward appropriate programs.
Pitch the institute portfolio including ACCA, CPA Australia, CMA US, ESG SDG, Dip IFRS, Cert IFR, Audit Simulation and other skilled certifications offered by the institute.
Track lead status in the CRM system, maintain diligent follow ups and submit daily progress reports to the Admissions Head.

Business Development and Institutional Partnerships
Initiate outreach to Deans, Principals and department heads at colleges and universities as assigned.
Secure appointments for partnership discussions, build an independent institutional contact database and report progress to the Director of Partnerships.
