Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants. The role involves onboarding new property owners, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant sourcing, rent collection, and issue resolution. The Relationship Manager will handle regular communication with clients, address queries and concerns, and provide timely updates on property status and rental performance.



This position includes tracking service quality, following up on maintenance and legal support requests, and ensuring a transparent, hassle-free experience for all stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and contributing feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with clear, professional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Basic understanding of property management, rental processes, and documentation; prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or financial services is an advantage.
