Role Description The Chief AI Agent Officer is a part time, remote role responsible for leading the design, deployment, and oversight of AI agents across the firm’s investment, operations, and client service workflows. This role sets the AI vision and roadmap,



aligning intelligent automation with the company’s stewardship-focused strategy and long-term asset management objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying high-impact use cases, defining agent architectures, supervising implementation, and establishing governance standards for safety, compliance, and data integrity. The Chief AI Agent Officer will collaborate closely with leadership, investment teams, and operations to integrate AI agents into decision-support tools, portfolio analytics, process optimization, and client-facing experiences. The role also involves monitoring performance, refining AI agent behavior, and ensuring that automation enhances, rather than replaces, the firm’s relationship-centric and legacy-focused approach.
