Role Overview

ERBrains is looking for a highly professional, articulate and customer-focused Business Development professional to strengthen our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications sales team.



This is a front-line customer-facing role where the individual will often be the first ERBrains representative a prospect interacts with. The role therefore requires strong English communication, business etiquette, consultative selling skills, structured discovery and disciplined CRM management.

Primary Objective

Own the journey from Lead → First Contact → Discovery → Qualification → Pre-Sales Handover → Prospect Nurturing → Closure Support, ensuring that ERBrains receives well-qualified, actionable business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Manage leads from website enquiries, Microsoft referrals, customer referrals, outbound prospecting, email campaigns, telephone enquiries, partners and events.
Ensure every lead is acknowledged promptly, contacted and accurately recorded in CRM.

First-Level Customer Engagement

Act as a professional first point of contact for prospective customers.
Conduct introductory calls, establish rapport, understand the custo
