Role Description The Finance Manager role at Engineers Horizon is a full-time, on-site position based in Mulshi,



responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects. The person in this role will monitor project costs, prepare financial reports and dashboards, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, managing accounts payable and receivable, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and supporting funding and investment decisions. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with project, sales, and leadership teams to align financial strategies with business goals, optimize returns, and maintain accurate, timely financial records. The role also involves contributing to risk assessments, improving financial processes, and implementing systems that support transparent, data-driven decision-making.
