About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Sales Manager (retail Sales) to lead and grow the Viki TMT business across Tamil Nadu, with future market expansion into Kerala. This is a hands-on sales leadership role with ownership for revenue, volume, margin, dealer development, project sales, team performance and commercial discipline. The role reports to the Chief Sales Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue, Volume & Market Growth
· Own regional sales targets and drive sustainable volume and revenue growth across Trade and Project Sales of TMT bars.
· Drive pricing and margin discipline while improving market share across existing and under-represented territories.




· Develop go-to-market plans for new markets and strengthen penetration in priority territories.
Dealer, Distributor & Project Development
· Build, develop and manage a strong network of dealers and distributors across the region.
· Develop relationships with infrastructure developers, contractors, traders and other key market stakeholders.
· Identify new dealer and project opportunities and ensure consistent conversion and business generation.
Sales Team Leadership
· Lead, mentor and develop Sales Officers to deliver market and business objectives.
· Set clear KPIs and conduct structured forecasting, pipeline reviews and performance coaching.
· Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, market coverage, customer orientation and execution discipline.
Commercial & Cross-functional Management
· Work closely with Production, Logistics, Finance and other functions to support timely delivery, credit control and wo
