We're Hiring: Head of Human Resources

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Eduflair is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Human Resources to lead and strengthen our growing HR function.

This is not a traditional HR administration role. We are looking for a proven HR leader who can build strong systems, lead the HR team, solve complex people challenges, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall talent acquisition and workforce planning strategy
* Develop effective hiring strategies and build a strong talent pipeline
* Build and implement Learning & Development initiatives
* Establish strong KRA/KPI, performance management, and appraisal systems
* Handle employee relations, engagement, conflicts, and disciplinary matters
* Strengthen compensation, payroll, benefits, and HR operations
* Develop robust HR SOPs and employee lifecycle processes
* Improve HRMS utilization, reporting, and people analytics
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team





Mandatory Requirements

* 8+ years of practical experience in Human Resources
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution is mandatory
* Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations
* Experience working in a professionally managed organization
* Robust knowledge of end-to-end HR systems and processes
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
* Native-level Malayalam communication
* Very strong English and Hindi communication skills
