About The Role
Empower dealers and customers to maximise the value of our AI-powered platform. Drive product adoption, deliver impactful training, and become the face of customer enablement.

Responsibilities
Conduct online & offline training for dealers and customers
Develop manuals, SOPs, and training presentations
Deliver product demos and platform walkthroughs
Track training completion and adoption metrics
Train users on CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting




Provide post-training support and resolve product queries
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales
Improve training experience based on feedback

What we're looking for
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-first mindset with a passion for technology
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
Understanding of dashboards, analytics, and reporting
Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
