Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Projects Execution Coordinator to oversee MEP and building services execution on site. This role ensures that services trades are coordinated effectively with civil works, that progress is accurately reported,



and that interdependency risks across trades are proactively managed. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities
MEP & Services ExecutionMonitor daily execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, ELV, and other building services packages against the approved MEP programme.
Allocate available resources for critical and scheduled MEP works and inform the PSP Project Manager for implementation.
Coordinate services contractors and subcontractors in alignment with the civil handover schedule.
Identify interface conflicts between structural, architectural, and services works and escalate for resolution.
Ensure method statements and risk assessments for MEP works are prepared, uploaded to the platform, and comply with applicable standards and codal practices.
Supervise a dedicated close-out team (where required) to address minor MEP defects flagged through inspections or the pla
