1. Curriculum & Content (Classes
4 12)

Strengthen and refine the existing G&S; curriculum across four age groups (Classes 4 5,
6 7, 8 10 and 11 12) through regular review and revision cycles.

Plan and lead structured pause points across the approximately 25 30 sessions per group
per year to assess student progress, reflect on learning, and revise content based on field
observations.

Design and administer knowledge assessments and reflection tools to track what children
are learning and where gaps remain.

Work with designated observers to deliver structured feedback to both students and
facilitators after sessions.
2. Facilitator Training & Mentorship
