Role Description The Junior Physiotherapist role is a part-time, on-site position based at our clinic in Chennai. The role involves assisting senior physiotherapists in assessing patients, documenting clinical findings, and implementing treatment plans under supervision. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding patients through prescribed exercises,



monitoring progress, maintaining treatment records, and supporting manual therapy sessions as appropriate. The Junior Physiotherapist will educate patients on home exercise programs, posture, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery and prevention. The role also includes helping with appointment coordination, ensuring a clean and safe treatment setting, and participating in team discussions on patient care and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of physiotherapy assessment and treatment techniques, including exercise therapy and basic manual therapy.
Ability to follow clinical protocols, document patient information accurately, and support evidence-based practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact respectfully with patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
