Key Responsibilities
1. Product Testing & Quality Assurance
- Develop a solid understanding of Alasa's products, platforms and AI-powered voice-agent workflows.
- Perform comprehensive functional testing of products and features.
- Test products from both a technical functionality and end-user/client perspective.
- Validate complete workflows, including different user journeys, edge cases and expected outcomes.
- Identify bugs, functional gaps, inconsistencies and usability issues.
- Document test results, observations and issues clearly.
- Track identified issues through resolution and re-test fixes.
- Continuously think about: “If I were the client using this product, what could go wrong?”
2. Project Management & Execution Tracking
- Track activities and deliverables across multiple ongoing projects.
- Maintain project trackers, task lists and timelines.
- Follow up with relevant team members on pending activities and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress against agreed timelines.
- Identify delays, dependencies,
risks and bottlenecks.
- Escalate important issues to the founders proactively.
- Provide regular and structured updates to the founders on project status.
- Support coordination between product, technology and other teams wherever required.
3. Founder’s Office & Special Projects
As this is a founder-facing role in an early-stage startup, responsibilities will not be limited to a fixed job description.
You may also be required to:
- Assist the founders with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports, documentation and presentations.
- Prepare and Present Client Demos
- Help establish internal processes and operating systems.
- Conduct research and analysis related to products, markets, competitors or customers.
- Support client-related activities when required.
- Take ownership of additional assignments that contribute to the growth of the company.
