Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact,



and ensure delivery of high-quality marketing and brand solutions across Exicon’s verticals. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client objectives, coordinating internal teams, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and monitoring performance against agreed metrics. The role involves preparing proposals and presentations, supporting strategic planning, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Account Manager will also collaborate closely with creative, digital, events, and learning teams to maintain alignment between client expectations and project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management within marketing, advertising, or consulting.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate client needs into transparent internal briefs.
