About The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive CSM & YouTube Executive to manage and grow SuperGrads’ digital presence across social media platforms, with a primary focus on YouTube and Instagram. The role will involve content planning, execution, audience engagement, and analyzing performance for our CAT & IPMAT audience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow SuperGrads’ YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.
Plan and execute content calendars, including YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and other engaging formats.




Coordinate with faculty, content creators, designers and video editors for content creation and publishing.
Handle YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, keywords and playlists.
Track YouTube and social media analytics such as views, watch time, CTR, retention and engagement.
Identify trending topics, formats and content opportunities relevant to CAT & IPMAT aspirants.
Engage with the online student community through comments, DMs and social media interactions.
Monitor competitors and industry trends and bring current content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
Prepare regular performance reports and suggest strategies for channel and social media growth.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, YouTube, Content Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience managing a YouTube/social media page is preferred.
Good understanding of YouTube
