About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Sports, Talent & IPs to lead the end-to-end marketing and brand-building agenda across a portfolio of athletes, sports IPs and new projects.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands the intersection of sports, culture, content and marketing, and can turn opportunities into compelling brands, campaigns and audience experiences.

The role will involve working closely with athletes, commercial teams, creative and content teams, agencies, media platforms, partners and leadership to build differentiated marketing strategies and execute them at scale.

Key Responsibilities
1. Integrated Marketing & Brand Building
Lead end-to-end marketing and brand-building across a portfolio of athletes, sports IPs and new projects.
Develop and execute 360° integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, PR, TV/OTT, radio, OOH, influencer and on-ground channels.
Own campaigns from strategy,



consumer insight and ideation through execution, amplification and measurement.
Develop differentiated brand narratives that drive awareness, relevance, audience growth and long-term brand equity.
2. Athlete & Talent Marketing
Own marketing and brand-building initiatives for a portfolio of athletes and talent.
Develop personal branding and social media strategies aligned to each athlete's personality, career and commercial objectives.
Drive content development, media visibility, digital presence and brand partnerships for talent.
Identify opportunities to build athlete relevance beyond their sporting performance and into broader culture and lifestyle.
3. Sports IP & New Project Development
Develop marketing strategies and narratives for existing sports IPs and new projects.
Identify opportunities to create, launch and scale new sports IPs and consumer-facing initiatives.
