Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive with 6+ years of experience to drive new business growth and expand our enterprise customer base. Working in office from our Gurugram office, you will own the complete enterprise sales cycle. The ideal candidate must be a platform-first closer who can navigate complex enterprise cycles, pitch directly to technical stakeholders (CIOs/CISOs),



and sell repeatable platform capabilities rather than custom engineering services.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Platform Adoption: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise sales opportunities for Kenome’s PaaS and consumption-based models.
Execute Pure-Play Sales: Sell repeatable, out-of-the-box vertical blueprints (targeting high-compliance sectors like Finance, Legal, and Operations) instead of custom IT consulting hours.
Target Strategic Buyers: Build relationships and negotiate deals directly with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and enterprise business heads.
Value-Based Positioning: Lead technical discussions and product demonstrations showcasing Kenome’s core strengths: multi-tenant orchestration, no-code builder, and advanced security guardrails.
Maintain Product Discipline: Strictly qualify leads using Kenome’s platform checklist, turning down heavy client-specific customization requests in favour of scalable plat
