About the Role

Flipkart Video Commerce is building India's largest live and short-video shopping destination, merging creator-led content with seamless commerce. As Senior Manager – Growth, you will own end-to-end acquisition and retention levers for Video Commerce, working at the intersection of creator growth, affiliate partnerships, and performance marketing.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You will operate with significant autonomy, drive cross-functional programs, and be accountable for measurable GMV and user growth outcomes across India's largest e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & GTM
• Own the Video Commerce growth charter — user acquisition, creator supply growth, and monetisation funnels.




• Design and execute GTM playbooks for new content formats, live commerce events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Identify and size growth opportunities across creator tiers, categories, and geographies within India.
Creator & Influencer Programs
• Build and scale creator affiliate and performance programs; own creator onboarding, education, and retention.
• Drive creator supply across short-video and live formats; track activation, output quality, and downstream GMV contribution.
• Design content playbooks and CTA frameworks that translate creator content into measurable conversions.
Performance & Analytics
• Define and own growth KPIs: signups, activation rate, paid conversion, GMV, ROAS, and creator retention.
• Build attribution and measurement frameworks linking content performance to business outcomes.
• Run data-driven experiments; translate results into scalable playbooks and spend reallocation decisions.
