Key Responsibilities

Assist in routine compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
Assist in preparation and filing of MCA/ROC forms and returns, including forms relating to directors, share capital, charges, annual filings and other statutory matters.
Assist in preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting documentation, including notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records and corporate documents.
Assist in preparation of annual compliance documents and statutory disclosures.
Assist in incorporation of companies, alteration of MOA/AOA, changes in directors, registered office,



share capital and other corporate actions.
Assist in share allotment, transfer, transmission, increase of authorised capital and other secretarial processes.
Coordinate with clients, management, auditors, consultants and government authorities wherever required.
Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
Assist in drafting notices, resolutions, declarations, letters, applications and other corporate documents.
Conduct basic research on the Companies Act, MCA notifications, rules, circulars and regulatory requirements.
Maintain compliance trackers and provide regular status updates to seniors.
Assist in handling ROC/MCA notices, resubmissions and clarifications.
Support the team in other corporate secretarial and compliance assignments.

Qualifications

Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
