Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Content Marketing to own content across paid and organic channels from high-performing social media ad copy to SEO-driven long-form content and social storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, and SEO, and requires someone who can write for both algorithms and audiences, while managing a small team and collaborating across design, performance marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Execution
● Write high-quality video scripts for ad creatives, reels/shorts, and organic social video — structuringnarratives around strong hooks, pacing, visual direction and clear CTAs suited to each platform (Meta,youTube, LinkedIn, Instagram)
● Draft high-conversion ad copy for social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) in close
coordination with the performance marketing team
● Write and oversee SEO-optimized long-form content (blogs,



landing pages, program pages) aligned to keyword and search-intent strategy
● Drive organic social content — copy, captions, and content ideas that build brand engagement and community Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Partner with performance marketing to translate campaign briefs into ad copy variations for A/B testing, using performance data (CTR, CPC, engagement) to iterate
● Work with the design team to brief and review creative assets, ensuring copy-visual alignment
● Coordinate with SEO/growth teams on keyword strategy and content structuring
● Liaise with product and sales teams to ensure content accurately reflects program offerings and
messaging Team & Quality Ownership
● Manage and mentor a team of content writers/executives, setting transparent briefs, reviewing output, and maintaining quality/brand consistency
● Establish and maintain content guidelines, tone-of-voice standards, and QC process
