Role Description
We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Operations Associate to support our legal and business teams across commercial contracts, legal research, documentation, compliance, and matter management.

This is a hands-on role suited for an early-career legal professional who is detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple matters, and interested in understanding how legal work connects with business operations.



The role will involve working closely with senior counsel and clients on a range of corporate and commercial legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Support drafting, review, and management of commercial contracts, NDAs, SOWs, MSAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents
Assist with due diligence, contract reviews, and transaction-related documentation
Maintain matter trackers, contract records, deadlines, and legal documentation
Support compliance-related research, tracking, and documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather information and follow up on deliverables
Assist senior counsel with preparation of legal documents, presentations, reports, and client communications
Identify inconsistencies, risks, and missing information in documents and escalate them appropriately
Support legal operations and process improvement initiatives across ongoing matters

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a paralegal
