Analyst – CAT Modelling

Overall Objective
The Analyst - CAT Modelling will support Underwriting and Risk Management teams by enhancing the organization's catastrophe risk assessment and management capabilities. The role involves analyzing natural catastrophe exposures,



supporting risk modelling activities, validating catastrophe losses, and providing insights that contribute to informed underwriting decisions.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of experience in CAT Modelling / NATCAT processes.

Key Responsibilities
Support and manage the identification, assessment, validation, and reporting of Natural Catastrophe (NATCAT) losses.
Perform catastrophe modelling and exposure analysis using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable insights to underwriting teams.
Assist in the maintenance and improvement of risk management frameworks and processes.
Work closely with Underwriters, Account Technicians, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of risk and control assessment processes.
Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned business processes and associated risks.
