We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Customer Insights Executive to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns while analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance. The role will be responsible for generating actionable insights that improve customer engagement, brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and display advertising.
Manage company websites, landing pages, and digital content to improve user experience and conversions.
Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
Create marketing content aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and prepare performance reports with recommendations.

Customer Insights Analytics

Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple sources.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
Identify customer trends, behaviors,



preferences, and segmentation opportunities.
Generate customer insights to support marketing, sales, and product strategies.
Develop dashboards and reports to track customer engagement, retention, and campaign ROI.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaboration Strategy

Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
Support customer journey mapping and marketing automation initiatives.
Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing technologies, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

Additional Information

0-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or customer insights.
