We’re launching a new consumer products business across Personal Care and Pet Care, and we’re looking for a Business Head / Co-Founder who can bring together technical depth and commercial thinking.

Someone who sees more than a product.

Someone who can take an idea, shape the formulation, understand the consumer, build the brand, and help take it to market.

What you’ll own:
→ Product innovation
→ Formulation & ingredients
→ Brand & go-to-market
→ D2C & distribution
→ Team building & P&L;

What we’re looking for:
* Background in Cosmetic Technology, Pharmacy or Chemical Engineering
* 4+ years of experience in personal care, cosmetics,



skincare and hair care.
* Solid understanding of product development, formulations, ingredients, sourcing and manufacturing
* A commercially sharp, entrepreneurial mindset
* An MBA or management degree would be an advantage
