nMARS Cosmetics is looking for a sharp, analytical professional to join its Corporate Strategy team. This role will work closely with senior leadership to shape growth priorities, evaluate new opportunities, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives.

- Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and category analysis.n
- Develop business cases for new products, channels, partnerships, and markets.n
- Support annual planning, growth strategy,



and leadership reviews.n
- Track business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.n
- Lead cross-functional strategic projects from analysis through execution.n
- Prepare clear, decision-ready presentations for senior stakeholders.n

nWhat we're looking for-

- n
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, consumer brands, or a similar field.n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, financial modelling, and presentation skills.n
- Commercial mindset with an interest in beauty, consumer products, and digital commerce.n
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.n
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.n
