The TJX Companies, the leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer in the U.S. and the world is looking for a Staff Product Owner (Workday) to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution Delivery team which is responsible for software and systems that support TJX’s world-class Global Human Resources and Payroll organizations. This role will guide the team that designs, configures, and delivers the Global Workday Human Capital Management solution.

Proven ability to partner across business, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, compliant global HCM capabilities while managing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
