Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory positions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Manufacturing Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to manufacturing.
Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant workplace.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and grievances.




Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
Promote employee welfare initiatives and maintain open communication channels.
Data Management:
Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting related to HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring statistics).
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing compliance and labor laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
