Role Description
The Beauty Advisor is a full time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for delivering an elevated in-store experience aligned with Kimirica’s self-care philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable skincare, bath and body, and wellness products with clear and accurate information.



The role involves demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and ensuring customers feel confident and informed about their choices. The Beauty Advisor will manage retail sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling, maintaining visual merchandising and stock displays, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting. The role also includes handling basic point-of-sale operations, collecting customer feedback, and supporting brand events or promotions as needed.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on Customer Service and Retail Sales in a beauty, skincare, or lifestyle environment.
Applied knowledge of Cosmetology and Skin Care to advise customers on suitable products and routines.
Solid Product Knowledge of beauty, bath and body, and wellness items, with the ability to explain features, ingredients, and benefits clearly.
