Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving overall sales, revenue, market expansion, and profitability across the assigned region. The role involves leading the regional sales team, managing BA and Non-BA channels, strengthening distribution, and executing regional business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales, revenue, growth,



and market share as per business targets.
Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans and regional strategies.
Lead and manage ASMs, sales teams, and BA operations across the region.
Monitor BA store performance, outlet productivity, and overall channel growth.
Drive business through BA, Non-BA, distributor, and other relevant channels.
Manage distributor relationships, inventory, sales forecasting, and market coverage.
Identify current business opportunities, markets, stores, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure effective execution of branding, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
Monitor regional sales performance, budgets, profitability, and key business metrics.
Analyze primary and secondary sales data and implement corrective actions.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
