At Headlight, we work with ambitious founders to build brands that grow. We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager who will own our outbound growth from building founder relationships to creating strategic partnerships that consistently bring in business.

This is an ownership role. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and becoming the first point of contact for potential clients.

WorK Experience: 3-5 Years

What you'll own

Identify and connect with founders through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and networking.
Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and qualify opportunities.
Book high-quality strategy calls for the founder and ensure strong follow-through.
Build and manage a consistent outbound outreach engine.
Develop partnerships with complementary agencies and vendors such as developers, branding studios, photographers, PR agencies, production houses, and creator networks.
Create referral programs and collaboration opportunities that generate recurring leads.
Maintain an organized CRM,



track every lead, and own the follow-up process from first contact to call booking.
Work directly with the founder to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and conversion rates.
