Role Description The Senior Salesforce Developer role is a full-time, remote position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced Salesforce solutions that support business processes and customer engagement.



The individual in this role will configure and customize Salesforce clouds, develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with external systems, and ensure adherence to best practices and security standards. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with product managers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, optimizing existing Salesforce implementations, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing performance and usability. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also contribute to technical architecture decisions, mentor other developers, participate in code reviews, and support deployment and release management across environments.
Qualifications
