Dolphin Infra is looking for a Shopify & E-Commerce Executive who can take ownership of our online store, e-commerce operations, order management, and customer service.

? Location: Noida
? Experience: 2–4 Years
? Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month
? Work Mode: On-site

What You'll Handle:

? Shopify Store Management
? Order & Inventory Management
? Customer Service – WhatsApp, Calls, Email & Social Media
? Logistics & Delivery Coordination
? Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
? E-commerce Reporting & Operations
? Product Listing & Website Updates

We’re Looking For:

✔️ Hands-on Shopify experience
✔️ Robust understanding of e-commerce operations
✔️ Excellent customer-handling & communication skills




✔️ Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
✔️ Strong problem-solving & multitasking ability

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Shopify Apps, SEO or Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
