Key Responsibilities

Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): Assist with updating and modifying contract templates based on requirements from various internal teams.
Contract Drafting & Review: Assist with the initial drafting and review of customer communications and service provider contracts.
Legal Communications & Notices: Assist with the initial drafting, review, and coordination of legal communications, legal notices, and responses.
Court Filings & Legal Proceedings: Assist with preparation, collation, documentation, and coordination for court filings and other legal proceedings.
Consumer Grievance Management: Maintain and update consumer grievance records, trackers, and status of matters.
Email Monitoring & Coordination: Monitor Contact, Grievance Redressal, and Legal email IDs and assist with routing matters to relevant teams/personnel.
Follow-ups & Documentation: Assist with stakeholder follow-ups and maintain organised records of contracts, notices, filings,



grievances, and other legal documents.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing a final-year LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or equivalent law degree
Basic understanding of contracts, legal documentation, and legal processes.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Good drafting and research skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling legal and grievance-related information.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage follow-ups.

Job location - Gurugram
Internship Tenure - 6 months
Work Mode & Shift Timings - Hybrid (2-3 days WFO), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
