Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Rajkot. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable BMW vehicles and related products. Daily responsibilities include conducting showroom presentations and test drives, explaining features and financing options, preparing quotations, and supporting the completion of sales documentation. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, following up on leads,



nurturing long-term client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support. The Sales Consultant is expected to meet sales targets, stay updated on BMW product developments, and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications

Strong Sales Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Demonstrated focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience.
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
Consulting abilities to provide tailored product advice, explain features and benefits, and guide customers through their purchase decisions.
Prior experience in automotive sales or premium retail environments is preferred.
