About the Role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can independently take assigned modules from requirement understanding to developer handoff and create intuitive, professional experiences for B2B SaaS, B2C, web, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
Understand requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
Own assigned design modules with minimal supervision, from requirement analysis to developer handoff.
Design responsive web, mobile, dashboards, and SaaS interfaces.
Apply UX principles including user journeys, information architecture, usability, hierarchy, and interaction design.
Create reusable components and maintain design consistency using Figma and design systems.
Conduct competitor research and identify UX opportunities.
Collaborate with Product, Development, QA, and other stakeholders.
Communicate design decisions and incorporate feedback.
Use AI tools to support design ideation, research,



productivity, and workflow optimization.
Requirements

6 months–1 year of professional UI/UX experience.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and Figma.
Experience with Auto Layout, components, variants, responsive design, and design systems.
Good understanding of typography, spacing, grids, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to independently understand requirements and solve UX problems.
Good communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Understanding of how designs translate into development.
Familiarity with modern AI tools for UI/UX.

Valuable to Have

Experience with B2B SaaS, B2C, web/mobile applications, dashboards, or enterprise products.
Knowledge of academic publishing, research, manuscripts, journals, or scholarly communication.
Bachelor's degree in Design, UI/UX, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
