Caliber Success is a growing real estate advisory company focused on premium and luxury real estate. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can take ownership of our social media presence and turn content into measurable reach, engagement, audience growth and brand visibility.
This is not simply a posting or scheduling role.
We are looking for someone who can think strategically, identify opportunities, generate ideas, coordinate content production, execute consistently, analyse performance and continuously improve.
Key Responsibilities
Independently manage the day-to-day social media presence of Caliber Success across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads and other relevant platforms.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.




Create and manage monthly and weekly content calendars while maintaining flexibility for real-time and trending content.
Generate fresh, creative and platform-relevant ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, stories, memes, educational content and brand-led campaigns.
Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, memes, platform updates and emerging content styles.
Identify relevant trends quickly and determine how they can be adapted creatively for Caliber Success.
Coordinate closely with Video Editors, Graphic Designers and the Creative/Marketing Team to turn concepts into high-quality content.
Prepare clear and actionable creative briefs, references, scripts, hooks and content directions for designers and editors.
Ensure content is produced, approved, scheduled and published consistently across platforms.
