Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product Operations team at PRGX. As a vital member of the organization, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making processes and actively participate in the enhancement of our SaaS products. The ideal candidate possesses robust analytical capabilities and is enthusiastic about leveraging data to contribute to product success.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct analysis of product feedback and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement; work hands-on with the software to gather insights and contribute to product direction.
Prepare and deliver concise reports on user experience findings to cross-functional teams; present insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.




Collaborate on designing and executing tests to evaluate the impact of product changes; analyze test results to inform product development decisions.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to understand product goals and objectives; provide analytical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
Assist in maintaining governance best practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability in operational frameworks.
